As a Registered Psychologist, Aldine Pugh has extensive experience in the treatment of chronic and terminal disease, pain management, grief and loss, and couple therapy. 

Aldine’s therapeutic approach is to provide a supportive environment and respecting the interdependent relationship between Mind, Body and Spirit depending on their individual needs. Aldine’s practice is in a peaceful and quiet location in Wanneroo and she is incorporating hypnotherapy and nature-based therapy into her work.  

Aldine’s other areas of interest include anxiety, stress, depression, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem and confidence development. Aldine utilise evidence based and clinical proven therapies in her treatment and treatment plans are developed in collaboration with clients. Therapeutic strategies include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psycho-Education, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Grief and Loss Therapy and Clinical hypnotherapy. 

Aldine has a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Aldine has advanced training in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy and is a member of the Australian Society of Hypnosis.
