Aldine’s therapeutic approach is to provide a supportive environment and respecting the interdependent relationship between Mind, Body and Spirit depending on their individual needs. Aldine’s practice is in a peaceful and quiet location in Wanneroo and she is incorporating hypnotherapy and nature-based therapy into her work.
Aldine’s other areas of interest include anxiety, stress, depression, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem and confidence development. Aldine utilise evidence based and clinical proven therapies in her treatment and treatment plans are developed in collaboration with clients. Therapeutic strategies include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psycho-Education, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Grief and Loss Therapy and Clinical hypnotherapy.
Aldine has a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Aldine has advanced training in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy and is a member of the Australian Society of Hypnosis.

Honey has a fully functioning limbic system and a limited frontal cortex which gives her expert skills in the following areas:

Counselling Fees
My current consultation fees per 1-hour consultation are; $180 for individual clients and $200 for couple counselling.
A reduced fee of $150 is available for sessions with full-time students, pensioners and concession card holders.
Medicare rebates for up to 20 consultations per calendar year is available should your General Practitioner have prepared a mental health care plan. Medicare rebates are processed at the practice after full payment of each consultation.
Private health insurance rebates may be available, and it is recommended that information about your cover be obtained prior to the first consultation.
Aldine is a contract provider with Open Arms: Open Arms provide free and confidential counselling to anyone who has served at least one day in the ADF, their partners and families.
